Lower Cape Fear Lifecare is offering 90-minute "Navigating Grief" workshops in Whiteville for those dealing with the death of a loved one. Self-Care in the New Year on Feb. 10, Understanding Grief and Loss on April 13th, and Kids, Teens and Grief on June 8th.
