"The Little Mermaid" at NCMNSW

The epic ocean adventure "The Little Mermaid" will kickstart our outdoor movie series this year! Enjoy a summer night on the Museum lawn while we watch the 2023 live-action Disney musical about a brave mermaid determined to follow her heart. Come out to set up your seat and learn about underwater creatures before the movie begins. "The Little Mermaid" is rated PG and runs 135 minutes. This is a family-friendly event: no pets, no coolers, and no alcohol or smoking permitted. Refreshments are available for purchase. This event is made possible by the NC Museum of Natural Sciences at Whiteville and the Columbus County Arts Council and is sponsored by the International Paper Foundation.
